Eligibility for Refunds
- Cancellation: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 10-15%.
- No-Show and Late Cancellation: No-shows and cancellations after 12 hours are not eligible for refunds.
- Service Issues: If you experience issues with our service, please contact us within 7 days. Upon validation, we will provide a full or partial refund.
